This product can effectively remove various emission pollutants found in tunnel, such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, ensuring that the people working in the tunnels have fresh air to breathe.

The 4.5-kilometer link road includes a 3.7-kilometer tunnel section equipped with an air purification system capable of removing at least 80 percent of key pollutants from roadside emissions. 860 tonnes of activated carbon for the denitrification filter. Their state-of-the-art molecular filtration laboratory evaluated and proved the filters ability to remove nitrogen dioxide under various temperature and humidity conditions. A tunnel that not only eases congestion and reduces travel time but also cuts carbon dioxide emissions by 11,000 tonnes annually—equivalent to what 480,000 trees would absorb from the environment.

The project to purify the air in a tunnel with activated carbon demonstrates how technology and environmental consciousness can work hand in hand to create a healthier and more sustainable urban environment.
